Looking for high quality DTF (direct to film) gang sheet transfers for your hobby or business?  Caliway DTF Transfers are custom full color, no-weed heat transfers printed using our state-of-the-art industrial DTF printer. Our transfers can be applied to all fabric blends and colors.

Printing Instructions: Set your heat press temperature to 300 °F (150 °C). Preheat your garment for 7 seconds, press for 7 seconds, then cold peel the film. Place the film back onto the print (but use the opposite side of the film this time) and press one more time for 7 seconds.

Please follow these instructions to ensure you’ll be getting the highest quality output for your DTF transfer:

  • All artwork must be print ready and exactly the size you want it to be printed.
  • 300 DPI resolution is suggested for the best results.
  • Make sure that your background is 100% transparent! If the background is not transparent, the background will be printed along with the design. We will not remove the background for you. We will print the design as it is received.
  • Artwork will be printed in the size that is submitted. We WILL NOT resize any images.
  • Submitted design(s) will be printed as a DTF transfer only. The returned order will not include a garment or pressing services.
  • Please be aware that a heat press is required for application of DTF transfers. DTF transfers cannot be properly applied with a household iron.

We are not responsible for quality issues that may result from poor quality/low resolution files submitted to us.

Individuals submitting designs to us should own the copyright on each design submitted for printing. We cannot be held liable for copyright issues of any kind.

STEP 1

Create a file that’s 22″ (width) x 39″ (length) with 300 DPI

STEP 2

Put all your designs on a transparent background.

Save your file as a PNG. Don’t forget to make sure the background is transparent!

STEP 3

Upload your PNG file on the box. If the file is too big, you may place it on Google drive (or any file sharing platform) and upload the link on option 2 box instead.

STEP 4

Add to cart once the upload is done.

STEP 5

Review your order then proceed to checkout.
